PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: PRECISION MOLDED™ COUNTER MATS are extremely durable. Your brilliant image is protected under our tough Vynex® or Krystex® surface.

Air tight, waterproof, and virtually indestructible
Exclusive molded edge construction
Choose black or white 1/8" molded edge
Built tough to withstand wear & tear of heavy products like auto parts
We can do the printing, or we can convert YOUR printed sheets (call for details)
High-resolution print is molded between two layers of molten plastic with backing material fused to the bottom layer.
The edge is ~1/8" wide, and adds 1/4" to the overall width and height of the mat.
Available with black or white molded edge. Black is our most popular.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: 250 units

PACKAGING: in bulk; individual poly bagging available at extra cost.

GRAPHIC SETUP INSTRUCTIONS:
1) rastor art to be created at 300 dpi, at size to be printed
2) vector art saved as eps file with all fonts converted to outlines
3) cmyk color mode
4) NO CROP MARKS, NO REGISTRATION GUIDES, ETC
5) prefer PDF "READY TO PRINT" file
6) create your file in LAYERS so you can modify easily if needed, but submit a PDF file
